Ronel has been with Dr. Murphy for more than three decades. My wife since 1987, clinic manager, patient chaperone, booking officer and equipment reprocessing officer, she is essential to the practice, as well as keeping me in line. In fact, I usually do as I'm told. Ronel will be one of the voices on the phone when patients or other clinics phone us, and she will be the one with the final say in many operational decisions. Most patients will meet her when moved to the examination rooms, when procedures are explained or performed, or when examinations are chaperoned. Without Ronel, the place will ground to a halt. Without Ronel, I will be nothing.
