This article is interesting in that it illustrates some of the effects of mode of delivery on the pelvic floor. If anyone still doubts this (I have no idea how this could be possible), read this article. Although not the final word or absolute proof by itself, it clearly indicates the negative effect of vaginal delivery on the pelvic floor.
